'To Hyrule And Back Again' Collection
If you are the least bit interested in gaming, you've probably heard of The Legend of Zelda; it's that iconic. 'Tears of the Kingdom' was really my first foray into actually playing, although I'd watched someone in my household play other titles before.
Like everything in my life it seems, I have found great comfort in this game and great joy. But there are also traumas associated with it. After my Mom died, I was left alone with my grief. I found solace in this game and even that cost me.
The celebration of this iconic title within the LoZ world allows me to reclaim the great comfort and joy that it gave me at a time I needed it most, while laying down the shame that was never mine in the first place. In that celebration, I choose to find fun, laughter, and light.
'...And I'm Dead. Again.'
Lynels anyone? Gloom spawn? When you only have four hearts? Yeah. That red 'X' is brutal in the beginning.

Inspired by Dinraal. Named (sort of) after a meme. Because the world is a flying fire dumpster but it's still beautiful. Just like this dragon that tries to kill you while it glows like the beautiful fireball breath coming from its mouth. Also, don't let anyone take away your power.

Have you ever watched Link's face as he is cooking? It's literally the only time he smiles in the game (besides the ending cutscene). PLUS! The fact that he is humming classic LoZ songs while cooking? I think I may have a little crush on myself (as Link).

I know some of you aren't going to agree. I think it's readily apparent that Link and Zelda definitely end up a thing in this rendition of LoZ. I actually love the build up from BotW into TotK for them.

Call her crazy, dramatic, chaos-filled or whathaveyou but I think the real reason you didn't know your princess wasn't even in the castle was because you just don't like the truth or care enough to pay attention.
